Property Acquisition
Property Acquisition assists with transactional advice in acquisition processes. We are searching attractive assets for our clients to invest in. We assist during the whole acquisition process until hand over, with pricing and market analysis, commercial Due Diligence, negotiations, preparation of presentations etc. Our mission is to help our clients by finding deals, providing market knowledge, and support in the evaluation of the assets, as well as securing the transaction process. Property Acquisition is based in Stockholm, from which we cover the whole of Sweden, with assistance from our local offices in Gothenburg and Malmoe. We also assist clients in acquisitions in Norway, Finland and Denmark; in assignments outside of Sweden we work together with our local offices in the respective countries. Our clients are both international and domestic investors.
Valuation
Colliers offers valuation of commercial properties such as office, retail, industrial and residential properties. We do valuations of portfolios as well as single properties, and are authorised by SFF (“Sektionen För Fastighetsvärdering inom ASPECT” – the Swedish Association for Chartered Surveying, Property Evaluation and Transactions). Colliers performs reliable valuations of high quality and we are very observant of our clients’ needs, requirements and time frames. We put great effort in providing our clients with as reliable and complete information for decision making as possible. We are represented in Stockholm but do valuations in the whole of Sweden. Our clients are both international and domestic.
