Colliers International offers services within Asset and Property Management in Sweden. Since the start in early 2007 Colliers’ property portfolio has grown to contain more than 40 properties with a total area of 140,000 m² represented in more than 20 cities. Our property portfolio contains offices, retail and logistics & industrial. In cooperation with our associate company in Denmark we manage a portfolio with properties in both Denmark and Sweden.

 

Our clients today are international institutional property funds with a focus on the Nordic market. In close collaboration with Colliers other business teams we can, with a small and efficient team, offer our clients advice within Asset and Property Management in Sweden. Our focus is on value development, with respect to both the transaction perspective and the property owner perspective, when working with value adding of both single and portfolio assets.
